PIMEX Profit — our internal analytics platform

PIMEX Profit is a proprietary, internal-use profit-analytics dashboard built by PIMEX Company for PIMEX Company. It consolidates every store's revenue, product costs, payment fees and advertising spend into one daily contribution-profit view, so we know exactly how much money each operation makes — every day, per store, per country, per product.

How PIMEX Profit uses the Google Ads API

Advertising cost is one of the inputs of our daily profit calculation. PIMEX Profit connects to the advertising accounts owned by PIMEX Company and reads the amount spent per day — nothing else.

Reporting-only, internal, single company

  • What we read: daily cost, campaign name and conversion metrics of our own Google Ads accounts, via the Reporting service (GoogleAdsService.SearchStream).
  • What we never do: no campaign creation or management, no write operations of any kind, no audience data, no third-party accounts, no resale of data.
  • Who uses it: PIMEX Company staff only. PIMEX Profit is not offered to the public, has no external users, and processes only our own business data.
  • Volume: one scheduled report request per ad account per day (plus occasional manual refreshes) — a few dozen API requests per day in total.
  • Where data lives: on PIMEX Company's private server, used exclusively for internal financial reporting.
