This Privacy Policy describes how PIMEX Company ("we", "us") handles personal information on this website, in our online stores, and in our internal analytics application PIMEX Profit.
1. Who we are
PIMEX Company is a private e-commerce group that owns and operates direct-to-consumer online stores. Contact: ceo@pimexcompany.com.
2. This website
pimexcompany.com is an informational site. It does not collect personal data, does not use tracking cookies and does not run analytics scripts. If you email us, we use your contact details only to reply.
3. Our online stores
Our stores run on Shopify and collect the information needed to fulfil orders: name, shipping address, email and payment confirmation (payments are processed by the payment providers — we never see full card numbers). Each store presents its own privacy notice at checkout. We use this data to deliver products, provide support and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
4. PIMEX Profit — our internal application
PIMEX Profit is an internal-use tool, available only to PIMEX Company staff. It aggregates business data from our own systems to calculate the daily profitability of our own stores. It has no public users and processes no third-party client data.
PIMEX Profit connects, with authorization we grant ourselves via OAuth, to:
- Our Shopify stores — order totals, product costs and fees;
- Our own advertising accounts (such as Google Ads, Meta and TikTok) — read-only reporting data: daily spend, campaign names and aggregate conversion metrics.
Regarding advertising platform data (including Google Ads API data):
- We access only accounts owned and operated by PIMEX Company;
- We read aggregate reporting metrics — no personal information about ad viewers is accessed;
- Data is stored on PIMEX Company's private, access-controlled server, encrypted in transit and at rest (OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM);
- Data is used exclusively for internal financial reporting, is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising targeting;
- Access can be revoked at any time from each platform's security settings, and we delete stored data on request of the account owner.
PIMEX Profit's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Data retention
Store transaction records are kept as required by tax and accounting law. Aggregated advertising cost data is kept while the related store is active and deleted when no longer needed for internal reporting.
6. Your rights
Customers of our stores may request access, correction or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting ceo@pimexcompany.com. We answer within 30 days.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
